Beautiful cottage and location, we didn't want to leave. The best place by far we have ever stayed with our dogs. Hope to return again soon.
The cottage was immaculate and up to the same high standard as last time we stayed. This time we brought our dog Ted who thought it s was doggy heaven.
Wow, location, location, location!fantastic a real get away from it all. First impressions really do count and this does not disappoint. The welcome, the high quality finish of the cottage, the scenery, the ambience, the wildlife, even the weather. Made to feel very welcome, very relaxed, even two teenagers very impressed. Our dog Max walked his paws off.
We had a great time and our dog Peter was in doggy heaven, we want to come back.
Accommodation exceed our expectations, especially compared with others in the area. We thought 'The Bay View Inn' was the best food and the portions are huge, they are great with the dogs.
An extremely comfortable place to stay in an excellent location for our photographic workshop. The accommodation is stylish and warm and the food and staff at The Bistro were excellent.
Fantastic stay. My two springer spaniels loved it too. The walks are brilliant, dog shower and dyer, I loved the idea as after a long walk to Bude canal and back.
We have had a wonderful time here at Whalesborough Cottages. The house is stunning and beautifully furnished and the views are wonderful. We loved the walk to the beach with the dog. Crackington Haven is a great beach for kids, rock pools, surfing and fab rocks to climb. We have eaten at Elements Restaurant a few times, really nice, relaxed and good food.
The house was perfect for all our needs, from teenagers to OAP'S. Thoroughly enjoyed the walks around the cottage, especially the walk along the canal to Bude (did that everyday). Meg our dog loved the garden.
A lovely, relaxing holiday had by all. Ages ranged between 11 and 64 and everyone would like to come back. House beautifully presented in lovely surroundings. Would recommend a meal at The Weir, food excellent and staff friendly (even got a treat to bring back for the dog).
Lovely location and beautiful conversion, very tasteful decor and well equipped. Definite bonus that our dog was welcome. Weather could have been kinder, but still a relaxing holiday. Thank you.
Had a lovely time here and will be back again soon dogs loved it and enjoyed the beach a lot! Rooms are lovely and the cake was delicious!! Had a great week
Lovely cottage. The best we have visited in 20 years of hiring holiday cottages. Excellent facilities and fittings, done to a very high standard. James + co have been very welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend Widemouth Bay beach - Black Rock sands is dog friendly. We will certainly be booking again.
I loved it here it has been a pleasure to stay. I wish I lived here! I have been swimming nearly everyday. There is some beautiful walks to take my dog walking. There is also a dog wash and dryer inside and outside. I've been playing in the games room with my brother too. I hope you enjoy staying.
We've had a lovely time! Recommend the tea rooms, walk along the canal to Bude and Boscastle. Widemouth beach good for the children & dogs, plenty of sand & rockpools. We would definitely like to come back ...
