The first thing you'll fall in love with is the sheer space - over 500 acres to explore.

There are so many fun experiences to share with the kids - canoeing on the canal, sea kayaking, swimming in our pool, sea or river fishing, surf lessons, cycling around the farm or exploring the cycle path which runs alongside the farm.

And when you need a break leave the kids to play in our barn style games room with a beach volley ball sand court, basket ball hoop, table tennis and full size pool table. We also have a sandpit for smaller children to enjoy and an outside play area with swings and slide.

Come the evening watch the sunset while you enjoy a friendly family meal at the Bay View Inn before a light stroll back to the cottages across the farm. Or grab some fresh fish from our local shop and enjoy your luxury five star quality kitchen.

With ASDA and Riverford deliveries and a lovely cycle or stroll down the canal to great shops in Bude you'll find it easy to forget where you left the car keys.

This place is wonderful. Enough said. The accommodation is truly 5*. It is spacious, fresh, homely, warm and very contemporary. And the icing on the cake (for us at least) was the welcome for well behaved dogs.


We will definitely be staying again when we next holiday in Cornwall.
We have just returned from holidaying in "Nans House", the accommodation was lovely and clean with beautiful views across the valley. Nine of us stayed in the property with ages ranging from 11 to 64yrs, it was spacious and the teenagers in particular liked the fact they had free WiFi.
We all loved the place and enjoyed walks to the beach and into Bude and would strongly recommend visiting the "Weir Bistro" to finish off a perfect day

We stayed at "westcotts" there were four of us and two small dogs. The cottage was superb and of a very high standard and all our needs were met. We had a lovely welcome from James.
I loved the dog package which provided all we needed during our stay. There was even a dog wash and hair dryer! It truly was a dog friendly holiday. On our arrival we were greeted with lovely lemon cake and a warm welcome from the owner. If you are after high spec accomadation in a fabulous location that caters for kids and dogs - choose the Proudfoot's cottages.
