Step outside and a private hot tub waits in the garden — and as a guest you also have full access to the W Club spa, indoor heated pool and The Weir Restaurant, all within the estate.
The upper-floor living area is the heart of the Barn — stylish sofas arranged around the Sonos speaker system, a dining table for four, and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the North Cornwall sky in every season. The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance needed for a luxury self-catering stay. Below, both king bedrooms each have their own ensuite bathroom, offering complete privacy and comfort for four guests. Outside, the private garden is yours alone — hot tub fired and ready.
Beyond the front door, the W Club spa awaits: indoor heated pool maintained at 29–30°C year-round, seasonal outdoor pool, sauna, steam room and a fully equipped Technogym gym. The Weir Restaurant serves estate-influenced seasonal menus and is a ten-minute stroll away. The 428-acre working estate offers private walking trails toward the coast, and the whole property is dog friendly — bring up to two dogs at no extra charge.
Whalesborough is a 428-acre working estate on the North Cornwall coast, a few minutes from the surf town of Bude and the wide golden sands of Widemouth Bay. Private trails run from the cottage door across the estate and down toward the sea, and the South West Coast Path is close in both directions — this is the quieter, less-trodden coast: real Cornwall, without the August queues.
At the heart of the estate, the W Club spa, indoor pool and a seasonal outdoor pool and The Weir Restaurant are all yours to enjoy. Bude has everything you need — proper coffee, good pubs and a chip shop or two worth the walk — while Tintagel, Boscastle and Padstow are all an easy drive when you fancy a day out.
