Gwari Spa Barn 3.0
A Five Star Gold cottage for six on a 428-acre Cornish estate
Where floor-to-ceiling glass meets a private hot tub and the Cornish sky
Modern, classy, luxurious — the Gwari Spa Barn 3.0 is the ultimate in holiday chic. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the open-plan living space with Cornish light, a Sonos speaker system fills every room, and the private hot tub sits in a garden designed for outdoor living. As a guest you also enjoy full access to the W Club spa, heated indoor pool and a seasonal outdoor pool, and The Weir Restaurant — all without leaving the estate.
The Gwari Spa Barn 3.0 is a barn conversion reimagined for 21st-century living. The open-plan ground floor is anchored by a statement kitchen and dining area that flows into a bright living space, all bathed in light through full-height glazing. Three well-appointed bedrooms accommodate up to six guests, with two en-suite bathrooms for flexibility at full capacity. A Sonos speaker system runs throughout the cottage, so your playlist follows you from the kitchen to the hot tub terrace without missing a beat. This is contemporary luxury at its most considered.
As a Gwari Spa Barn 3.0 guest, every stay includes full access to the W Club — Whalesborough's five-star leisure and wellness facility. Swim in the 29–30°C indoor pool, take a lane in the seasonal outdoor pool, unwind in the sauna and steam room, or train in the fully equipped Technogym gym. The Weir Restaurant serves breakfast and lunch using produce from the working estate. Four hundred acres of private grounds, coastal trails and sea air complete the picture.
Whalesborough is a 428-acre working estate on the North Cornwall coast, a few minutes from the surf town of Bude and the wide golden sands of Widemouth Bay. Private trails run from the cottage door across the estate and down toward the sea, and the South West Coast Path is close in both directions — this is the quieter, less-trodden coast: real Cornwall, without the August queues.
At the heart of the estate, the W Club spa, indoor pool and a seasonal outdoor pool and The Weir Restaurant are all yours to enjoy. Bude has everything you need — proper coffee, good pubs and a chip shop or two worth the walk — while Tintagel, Boscastle and Padstow are all an easy drive when you fancy a day out.
