A dining table seats four, and the smart entertainment setup includes a 37” Freeview TV, Blu-ray, DVD, CD and iPod dock. Free superfast WiFi throughout. W Club spa, pools and The Weir Restaurant are all on the estate.

The master suite is one of the most indulgent on the resort, with a deep Jacuzzi bath, separate walk-in shower and thoughtful attention to detail throughout. A second twin ensuite bedroom makes the house ideal for two couples or a family of four. Beyond Venners’ own south-facing private garden, the whole estate is yours to explore. As a guest you have complimentary access to the W Club spa: indoor pool heated to 29–30°C, seasonal outdoor pool, sauna, steam room and a fully equipped Technogym gym. The Weir Restaurant serves breakfast and lunch using produce from the working estate. The estate is dog-friendly throughout and private trails lead from the cottage door across 428 acres of North Cornish countryside.
