Your February Half term
How does a holiday that’s for all the family sound this February half term? As well as your own gorgeous holiday cottage set in acres of countryside, there’s an onsite gym and spa, a toasty indoor swimming pool, pet’s corner, kids play areas…. did we mention we’re close to the beach too! If that wasn’t enough, we’ve even got our own restaurant serving great food…. because who really wants to cook on holiday!
Enjoy great food and give yourselves a break from having to cook it! Eat breakfast (daily til noon), lunch or supper at affordable prices from our tantalising menu or just pop in for a freshly ground coffee and mouth-watering slice of cake. If the weather doesn’t play ball this half term, enjoy it in front of our real log fire. We also have heaters on the terrace for those cold but bright days.
Although we have an outdoor pool, we reckon you may well want to stay indoors this February! Our heated indoor pool features a children’s area, swim-in spa, and rainbow lighting; perfect for any weather and every age.
Whalesborough is packed full of things for your little ones to enjoy. If they’re under 6, they’ll love our soft play barn. For older ones there’s a pool table, ice hockey, table football, table tennis, darts and much more in our games room.
Got some animal lovers? Our Pets Corner gives children the chance to get to know our chickens, ducks, pygmy goats and pigs. They can even collect the eggs and feed the animals in the morning, depending on the time of year.
Holidays are for all the family, so if you think you need a little bit of pampering yourself then look no further than the W Club, our onsite gym and spa. No matter if you like pounding the miles on the treadmill, or are looking to keep up your weights routine while you’re away, we’ve got you covered. Fancy a real relax? Try one of our spa treatments or massages… they come with our recommendation!
We’ve not only got a couple of cracking beaches nearby, you’ll even find getting to them pretty awesome too! If you head along the canal you’ll soon arrive in Bude, home to two beaches and a lovely vibe. In the other direction is Widemouth Bay, which has a popular cafe that overlooks the sand.
