Breaks are for a minimum of 8 people in the party to a maximum of 16.

Whalesborough Farmhouse is a Grade II listed, 14th-century Farmhouse which has been lovingly renovated to create a standout four-bedroom Cottage with contemporary interiors. It features a family entertainment room with an American pool table, bar, cinema, and original flagstone flooring.
Our shooting breaks work from Monday – Friday or Friday to Monday. They include a full day of shooting, with four drives of simulated shooting across our amazing farm which also includes stunning sea views. Have first time shooters in your party? No problem, tuition can be given to support them.
Whalesborough isn’t just about shooting; it’s about every part of your experience. You’ll be able to enjoy a champagne breakfast during your stay, as well as elevenses during your shooting. During your break, be sure to visit our onsite restaurant for great food, much of which is sourced from our own working farm you’ll be shooting on.
You’ll have full access to our onsite spa, complete with steam room, indoor swimming pool and sauna. If there is anybody in your party that is not wanting to shoot, we can also arrange treatments for them too; it’s important you all have a great trip.
We can’t overstate how stunning the countryside is around Whalesborough. The walk down the canal to Bude is around three miles, but well worth exploring. If you’re headed in the other direction, then the Whalesborough trail will take you all the way to Widemouth Bay, which is also around a three mile trot. Both are flat, so great for any age or fitness level.
Whalesbrough is around three miles from stunning sandy beaches at Widemouth Bay and Bude. All of these beaches welcome dogs during the winter months (although worth checking before you depart) and are a great place for a stroll, a swim and to soak in that sea air. They also have great cafes if you want a spot of lunch.
