Whalesborough Cottage

The 17th Century Whalesborough Cottage, formerly a livestock barn attached to the main farmhouse, is a four-bedroom, pet-friendly property. It features a large, open-plan kitchen leading into the lounge diner with two sofas, a flat-screen TV and double bifold doors that give direct access to the garden. The cottage also has a chill-out den with beanbags and a 55” TV, with doors that open onto the patio and hot tub area. Three of the cottage’s luxury bedrooms are upstairs, and the fourth is a downstairs master bedroom with an ensuite.

Whalesborough Farmhouse

Whalesborough Farmhouse is a characterful Grade II listed, 14th-century Farmhouse which has been lovingly renovated to create a standout four-bedroom Cottage with contemporary interiors. With all the features you would expect in a Grade II listed cottage plus the addition of a family entertainment room! Equipped with a full-size snooker table, bar, cinema snug, and original flagstone flooring. The farmhouse sitting room has exposed beams and an inglenook fireplace, with a gorgeous boot room which leads into the open-plan kitchen, dining area and conservatory, leading to a generous garden area with Hot Tub, BBQ and hillside views.

Nan’s House

Nan’s house is a detached 5 bedroom (Sleeps 10) 5 star gold award winning house that is one of Whalesborough’s best. Situated on it’s own, its position takes advantage of some wonderful countryside views which can stretch to the moors in mid Cornwall on a clear summers day. Now with Hot Tub!

Calf House

Calf House is a magnificent 5 star gold award winning barn conversion sleeping 8 people. Originally converted in the 1980’s from a former calf rearing shed, it has recently undergone a contemporary makeover but is still full of character.

Eagle’s Nest

Eagles Nest Sleeps 6 plus cot in 3 double bedrooms. Built in 2014, it is graded as 5-star gold by VisitEngland.

Trevelyan

Trevelyan Sleeps 6 plus cot in 3 double bedrooms. Built in 2014, it is graded as 5 star gold by VisitEngland.

Sheep’s House

Sheep’s House is named after a field on the Whalesborough Estate and was built in 2013. The house has been awarded a 5-star Gold Rating from VisitEngland and sleeps 6 plus cot in 3 double bedrooms.

Moleyns

Moleyns is a semi-detached new build house sleeping 6 and has been awarded a 5-star gold grading by Visit England. Situated with easy access to the Indoor Pool and Spa facility, Moleyns provides beautiful interior designed accommodation over two floors.

Medlands

5-star gold award-winning house, Medlands has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) and is set over two floors. On entering through the front door you are straight into the very spacious lounge area with kitchen and dining area set off to one side.

Arundell

Arundell is a new house built to a high standard and has been awarded a 5-star gold rating from Visit England. The house sleeps 6 and benefits from a large open plan Living/Kitchen/Dining area with ceramic floor tiles and designer furnishings and interior.

Jack’s House

Jack’s House is named after a workman who was employed at Whalesborough for over 50 years. Semi-detached, this 5-star gold award-winning barn conversion has a large kitchen/diner with modern high gloss units, granite worktops, quality appliances and large glass doors which let the light flood in.

Westcotts

Westcotts, named after one of the fields on the estate, as are all the cottages, is a charming 5-star gold award-winning cottage. Semi-detached, it provides a large open plan dining/living area with 2 sofas and an armchair and stool so you can really put your feet up in front of the TV or roaring wood burner.

Warrens

Warrens is a single-storey cottage which sleeps 4 plus cot. Set in the middle of a row of 3 houses Warrens has been awarded a 5-star gold award from VisitEngland and provides luxury interior designed accommodation.

Venners

Venners is a beautiful house set over two storeys which sleeps 4 plus a cot. With its professionally designed interior, it has been awarded a 5-star gold grading from VisitEngland for outstanding quality.

Nettlecoombe

Nettlecoombe is a single-storey property which sleeps 4 plus cot and has 2 bedrooms, a private jacuzzi has also been installed in the garden! Another 5-star gold property, Nettlecoombe is a particularly good property for people with mobility problems as well as able-bodied visitors.

Middle Hill

A mid-terrace cottage that used to form part of the milking parlour before being converted into a 5-star gold award-winning cottage. Downstairs is one of the largest living/dining areas of all the barn conversions.

Long Down

A 5-star gold award-winning barn conversion. Originally used for rearing calves it has now been converted into a luxury single-storey accommodation with an open plan kitchen/dining/living area with original beams.

Little Main

Little Main is situated at the end of a terrace of four houses. A single-storey property, it has been awarded 5-star gold from VisitEngland, has Interior designed furnishings and sleeps 4 plus cot.

Beachcombers

Beachcombers is a stunning single-storey semi-detached house providing luxury accommodation which has been awarded the top 5 star gold award from Visit England. Furnished to a very high standard Beachcombers offers a home-from-home and all the creature comforts you would expect of a 5-star cottage. Beachcombers has underfloor heating throughout, is dog friendly and welcomes up to two well behaved dogs.

Chapel Park

Chapel Park is a two-storey semi-detached property which sleeps 4 plus a cot. It is a newly built house which provides luxury accommodation and has been awarded a 5-star gold award for quality and is furnished by an interior designer. On walking through the front door you are immediately taken by the open plan kitchen, dining and living area looking straight through the Bifold doors to the garden beyond.

Woody Platt

Woody Platt is a double-storey Barn Conversion which has been awarded 5-star gold from Visit Britain. Originally the milking parlour, it has now been converted into luxury, contemporary accommodation.

Sand Parks

Sand Parks is a semi-detached cottage converted from the old farm workshop. The cottage has been awarded a 5-star gold grading from Visit Britain and has an open plan Kitchen/Dining /Lounge area.

To make sure that both are as glorious tomorrow as they are today, we’re striving to be as sustainable as we can be. From keeping microplastics from entering the sea, to becoming energy self-sufficient by the end of 2025, your holiday with us will be a green one.

Making our seas cleaner

We’re pretty blessed to have a whoel load of incredible beaches and coastline nearby and we want it to stay that way. That’s why we became the first holiday-resort in the UK to install Cleaner-Seas-microplastic-filters on all our cottages’ washing-machines. These prevent billions of micro-fibres from entering the sea each year and doing damage to wildlife, water quality and biodiversity.

Whalesborough is just minutes from the gorgeous North coast of Cornwall.
We're stopping 700,000 micro-fibres entering the sea every wash.
These microfibres are harvested and recycled into future products.
We also use Ocean Saver’s plant-based power cleaning ecodrop and plastic free cleaning products.
