Entering the Property

On walking through the front door you are immediately taken by the open plan kitchen, dining and living area looking straight through the Bifold doors to the garden beyond.

The Kitchen

The kitchen is gloss cream with dark granite worktops and has fully integrated Bosch appliances including Dishwasher, Double Oven and Hob. An American Fridge Freezer provides ample fridge and freezer space.

The Living and Dining Area

The dining table comfortably seats 4 and looks out through French doors onto the communal grass area. The lounge has two large sofas centred around the contemporary wood burner and 37″ Freeview TV with Blu Ray/DVD player and there is also a CD player with Ipod dock.

There is a large landing area with chair and table which makes a perfect place to relax and reflect in front of the large floor to ceiling picture window which overlooks the communal grass area and views beyond.

The Bedrooms

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one kingsize master bedroom with ensuite containing a Jacuzzi bath, separate shower and toilet and one twin with ensuite shower room. Both bedrooms have wall mounted 26″ televisions.

The Garden

Bifold doors open into the enclosed south facing garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ.

EV CHARGING

If you’ll be driving to us in an EV, we have four super-fast charging points onsite. There is a fee for charging, which is handled through a very easy-to-use app.

Our commitment to leaving the earth a little better of course starts in each of our beautiful cottages. We’re really proud to have been the first holiday resort in the UK to install Cleaner Seas microplastic filters on all cottage washing machines to reduce the waste going into the Cornish sea. Not to mention our district heating system and wind turbine reducing our carbon footprint whilst heating and powering Whalesborough.
