Whalesborough Farmhouse is a characterful Grade II listed, 14th-century Farmhouse which has been lovingly renovated to create a standout four-bedroom Cottage with contemporary interiors.
With all the features you would expect in a Grade II listed cottage, plus the addition of a family entertainment room! Equipped with a full-size snooker table, bar, cinema snug, and original flagstone flooring. The farmhouse sitting room has exposed beams and an inglenook fireplace, with a gorgeous boot room which leads into the open-plan kitchen, dining area and conservatory. Sleeping up to eight guests, the house comes with two ensuites.
Outside, the farmhouse has private parking, a generous, enclosed garden with a hot tub and stunning views across the former Whalesborough Estate, providing the perfect holiday home for parties, large families, and multi-generational escapes.

The farmhouse has a large downstairs sitting room with exposed beams and inglenook fire place, alongside a family entertainment room with American pool table, bar, and cinema.
Upstairs there are 4 double bedrooms all with TV’s. 2 Ensuites and a family bathroom.
Enclosed garden with grass and patio area, garden furniture and BBQ. Parking for up to 3 cars.

From keeping microplastics from entering the sea, to becoming energy self-sufficient by the end of 2025, your holiday with us will be a green one.
We’re pretty blessed to have a whoel load of incredible beaches and coastline nearby and we want it to stay that way. That’s why we became the first holiday-resort in the UK to install Cleaner-Seas-microplastic-filters on all our cottages’ washing-machines. These prevent billions of micro-fibres from entering the sea each year and doing damage to wildlife, water quality and biodiversity.
