The 17th Century Whalesborough Cottage, formally a livestock barn attached to the main Farmhouse, has been lovingly renovated to create a standout four-bedroom Cottage with contemporary interiors.

Outside, the Cottage has a large, enclosed garden with hot tub and stunning views across the former Whalesborough Estate, providing the perfect holiday home for parties, large families, and multi-generational escapes.

A newly fitted large, open plan kitchen, with breakfast bar area, leading onto the lounge diner

The Living Area

Bright and airy living area with bi-fold doors out to the garden, two sofas and flatscreen TV and log burner. Dining table to comfortably seat 8. The cottage also has chill-out den with beanbags and a 55” TV, with doors that open onto the patio and hot tub area.

The Bedrooms

Three of the cottage’s luxury bedrooms are upstairs, one of which is an ensuite with king-size bed, and the fourth is a downstairs master-bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite.

The Garden

Outside, Whalesborough Cottage has private parking, its own private enclosed garden, seating area, BBQ and stunning views down the valley across the former Whalesborough Estate.

EV CHARGING

If you’ll be driving to us in an EV, we have four super-fast charging points onsite. There is a fee for charging, which is handled through a very easy-to-use app.

The children especially loved the indoor pool, which was clean and never overcrowded. The outdoor area, was beautiful, this surrounded the pool and allowed you to keep an eye on the kids and relax.”

As well as all the work we’re putting into steering Whalesborough towards carbon neutrality, we’re creating the environment for you to join us on the journey! All our welcome packs are filled with the same Ocean Saver cleaning products we use here on site, all of our cottages have access to EV charging points and we’ve created a series of walking paths across our 450 acres making it possible to walk all the way into Bude on car free routes.
