Key information:

The Kitchen and Dining Area

The kitchen has integrated Bosch appliances, dishwasher, oven and hob and also has an American Fridge Freezer. The dining table easily seats 6 with an atrium above allowing light to flood in from the large south facing window.

The Living Area

The lounge provides a leather corner sofa with lounger and separate 2 seater leather sofa for added comfort. The contemporary wood burner provides a beautiful focal point, with the lounge area also having a 42″ LCD Freeview TV, Bose Bluetooth speaker and super fast broadband.

The Bedrooms

Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms all with TV’s. One Master Kingsize with ensuite bathroom with shower cubicle and doors leading out onto a balcony. One twin with south facing balcony and one Superking with lovely views down through the valley. Arundell also benefits from a Family bathroom with shower over bath.

The Garden

Floor to ceiling bifold doors bring the outside in and open out into an enclosed northwest facing garden with grass and patio area, garden furniture and BBQ.

EV CHARGING

If you’ll be driving to us in an EV, we have four super-fast charging points onsite. There is a fee for charging, which is handled through a very easy-to-use app.

Our commitment to leaving the earth a little better of course starts in each of our beautiful cottages. We’re really proud to have been the first holiday resort in the UK to install Cleaner Seas microplastic filters on all cottage washing machines to reduce the waste going into the Cornish sea. Not to mention our district heating system and wind turbine reducing our carbon footprint whilst heating and powering Whalesborough.
