Key information:
The kitchen is gloss cream with dark granite worktops giving a lot of space for preparing and cooking meals and is fitted out with quality Bosch appliances including dishwasher, double oven and hob. A large American Fridge Freezer gives the self caterer lots of space, chilled water on tap and ice dispenser.
The dining and lounge areas are bathed in light from the Bifold doors to the back and front of the property and with the professional interior designed furnishings gives a clean contemporary feel with beautiful coloured scatter cushions and throws complementing the neutral interior.
The dining table seats 6 adults comfortably, with two 3 seater sofas positioned in the lounge around the contemporary wood burner and 55″ Smart TV with Blu Ray/DVD player. Lounge has a CD player with Ipod Dock and free wifi is also available.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms all with doors opening onto balconies. One King size master with ensuite bathroom and shower over, one Superking and one twin room. Both these bedrooms share a separate shower/toilet.
Bifold doors open right back into enclosed south facing garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ.

Cornwall has some of the UK’s most fantastic produce so it’s no surprise that 90% of the food and drink you’ll find at The Weir comes from right here on our doorstep (including from our very own land). Not only does it guarantee you a delicious dinner, it helps us keep our food miles low and to reduce our carbon footprint.
