Entering The Property

From the front of the property you walk along a corridor past the bedrooms into the large open plan kitchen, dining and living area with vaulted ceiling and wrap around floor to ceiling bifold windows. South facing, the light floods into this property all day and provides a wonderful connection with the outside even in the colder winter months.

The Kitchen

The kitchen has gloss cream units with dark granite worktops which extend to make a breakfast bar with stools. Integrated Bosch appliances include dishwasher, washing machine, 70/30 fridge freezer, double oven and hob.

The Living Area

The dining table seats 4 comfortably and the lounge has two three seater sofas in front of the contemporary wood burner and 37″ Freeview LCD Television with Blu Ray/Dvd player.

The Bedrooms

Little Main has two bedrooms, one king size master bedroom with ensuite bath with shower over and walk in wardrobe, and one twin with ensuite shower room, both with windows facing out onto the communal grass areas.

There is also a CD player with Ipod Dock, free wifi and a television in both bedrooms.

The Garden

Bifold doors open out into an enclosed southwest facing garden that has the sun all day long. Patio with garden furniture and BBQ complete the outside space.

EV CHARGING

If you’ll be driving to us in an EV, we have four super-fast charging points onsite. There is a fee for charging, which is handled through a very easy-to-use app.

“A lovely family holiday in a lovely location! Little Main cottage had everything we needed. The indoor and outdoor pools were perfect, never too busy, in fact at times the children had it to themselves. Food at The Weir was good, and we also ventured out to nearby towns and villages to eat. We particularly enjoyed the segaway experience too!”

RE-WILDING ACROSS WHALESBOROUGH

The 450 acres that surround Whaleborough are pretty special and we’re fully committed to keeping it that way. In recent years more than 50 acres of woodland have been planted. But it doesn’t stop there; we’ve added new bird boxes across the site, have invested in our own organic market garden, have planted 9,000 sunflowers for the pollinators and 22,000 pumpkin seeds to create a rich environment for wildlife.
