The Kitchen

The kitchen has gloss cream units and dark granite work tops with the lounge having a comfy sofa and chair which sit in front of the wood burner and LCD Television.

The Bedrooms

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one king size bedroom with ensuite bathroom and one twin with a separate shower room. Both have exposed beams and quirky low windows from the original barn. All living areas and bedrooms benefit from underfloor heating.

The Garden

Outside the garden and patio area is fully enclosed with lovely views down towards the Bude Canal with direct access onto the communal grass and BBQ area where you can get together with friends and family and watch the sun go down.

EV CHARGING

If you’ll be driving to us in an EV, we have four super-fast charging points onsite. There is a fee for charging, which is handled through a very easy-to-use app.

“A lovely weekend in a wonderful accommodation…. We stayed in Sand Parks for the weekend which was lovely with its modern kitchen, lovely wood burner for a cosy January evening, and comfortable beds. We had a breezy walk to the beach to watch some braver surfers, and a pleasant lunch at The Weir which was full of locals which speaks for itself. We will definitely be back!”

“We spent 5 nights in Sand Parks and it was brilliant! It was definitely a five star accommodation, we had everything we could possibly need, even dog washing facilities, towels and dryers. The walk through the fields down to the beach was lovely, and clearly signed. The location was perfect, but you can also jump in the car and get to the supermarket or into Bude in about ten minutes. We can’t wait to go back!”
