Key information:

The Kitchen

The kitchen has gloss cream units with dark granite worktops with quality Bosch integrated appliances including dishwasher, oven and hob. There is also a large American Fridge Freezer with ice dispenser and a utility room with washing machine and downstairs toilet.

The Dining and Living Area

The dining area looks out through French doors to the communal grass areas and comfortably seats 4 with large hanging pendant light.

The lounge has two 3 seater sofas giving ample room to stretch out and relax in front of the contemporary wood burner and 37″ Freeview LCD TV with Blu Ray/DVD player. A CD Player with Ipod Dock and free Wifi completes the entertainment package.

The Bedrooms

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a master king size with ensuite Jacuzzi bath and separate shower and a twin with ensuite bath and shower over, both bedrooms have doors onto balconies

The Garden

Bifold doors open into the enclosed south facing garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ.

EV CHARGING

If you’ll be driving to us in an EV, we have four super-fast charging points onsite. There is a fee for charging, which is handled through a very easy-to-use app.

The pool, gym and spa area are lovely, and booking a massage is a great way to relax after a walk on the coastal path. From the cottage you can walk along the canal path to Bude, or down to the beach. I’ll definitely be making a return visit!”
