Entering The Property

As you enter the property through the front door a corridor leads you past the bedrooms to the open plan kitchen/Dining and living area . With it’s vaulted ceiling, this is truly a stunning area in which to cook, socialize and relax.

The Kitchen

The kitchen is a modern gloss cream with dark granite worktops which form an island with breakfast bar and stools. Quality integrated appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, and oven give the visitor everything they need for a self catering holiday.

The Dining and Living Areas

The dining table seats four comfortably and the lounge has two large sofas which face onto the large contemporary wood burner and 37″ LCD Freeview TV. A Blu Ray player, CD player with Ipod dock and Wifi complete the entertainment package. Beautiful scatter cushions and throws complete the luxurious picture and immediately make you feel at home.

The Bedrooms

There are two bedrooms, one King Sized master with ensuite bath with shower over and walk in wardrobe and one twin with an ensuite shower room. The whole house benefits from underfloor heating and tiled floors in the living areas.

The Garden

The open plan living area has wrap around Bifold doors which open into the very private, enclosed, west facing garden with patio area, garden furniture and BBQ.

EV CHARGING

If you’ll be driving to us in an EV, we have four super-fast charging points onsite. There is a fee for charging, which is handled through a very easy-to-use app.

“We stayed in Warrens Cottage which was excellent! You have everything you need, a great bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and a proper garden which is ideal when you travel with dogs. Although the cottages are dog friendly, you find a very clean house when you arrive. A beautiful indoor swimming pool with a steam room, sauna, spa, an outdoor swimming pool and a gym. And when you don’t feel like cooking, go to The Weir!”

We stayed in Warrens which was exactly as expected; the facilities were fantastic and we used the heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi several times. The indoor pool, steam room, and sauna were again immaculately kept. We ate out at The Weir restaurant and had a lovely freshly prepared meal, excellent service and good value for quality food. Whalesborough ticks all the boxes for us, we think it’s an exceptional place.”

Sand Parks is a semi-detached cottage converted from the old farm workshop. The cottage has been awarded a 5-star gold grading from Visit Britain and has an open plan Kitchen/Dining /Lounge area.

RE-WILDING ACROSS WHALESBOROUGH

The 450 acres that surround Whaleborough are pretty special and we’re fully committed to keeping it that way. In recent years more than 50 acres of woodland have been planted. But it doesn’t stop there; we’ve added new bird boxes across the site, have invested in our own organic market garden, have planted 9,000 sunflowers for the pollinators and 22,000 pumpkin seeds to create a rich environment for wildlife.
