Jack’s House
Jack’s House is named after a workman who was employed at Whalesborough for over 50 years. Semi-detached, this 5-star gold award-winning barn conversion has a large kitchen/diner with modern high gloss units, granite worktops, quality appliances and large glass doors which let the light flood in.
Westcotts
Westcotts, named after one of the fields on the estate, as are all the cottages, is a charming 5-star gold award-winning cottage. Semi-detached, it provides a large open plan dining/living area with 2 sofas and an armchair and stool so you can really put your feet up in front of the TV or roaring wood burner.

Warrens is a single-storey cottage which sleeps 4 plus cot. Set in the middle of a row of 3 houses Warrens has been awarded a 5-star gold award from VisitEngland and provides luxury interior designed accommodation.
Venners
Venners is a beautiful house set over two storeys which sleeps 4 plus a cot. With its professionally designed interior, it has been awarded a 5-star gold grading from VisitEngland for outstanding quality.
Nettlecoombe
Nettlecoombe is a single-storey property which sleeps 4 plus cot and has 2 bedrooms, a private jacuzzi has also been installed in the garden! Another 5-star gold property, Nettlecoombe is a particularly good property for people with mobility problems as well as able-bodied visitors.
Middle Hill
A mid-terrace cottage that used to form part of the milking parlour before being converted into a 5-star gold award-winning cottage. Downstairs is one of the largest living/dining areas of all the barn conversions.
