Common questions

What are check-in and check-out times?

Cottage check-in is from 4pm; check-out by 10am. Arvor Suite check-in is from 3pm; check-out by 11am. Early or late options can sometimes be arranged — please call 01288 361940.

Are dogs welcome at The Weir restaurant?

Yes — well-behaved dogs are welcome in the bar area and on the terrace at The Weir Restaurant. The main dining room is for guests without dogs. Water bowls are provided throughout.

Can I book multiple cottages together?

Yes. For 3 or more cottages, group bookings, or full estate buyouts, please call us on 01288 361940 and we'll handle the arrangements directly to ensure the best rate and adjoining properties where possible.

Can you arrange something special for an occasion?

Absolutely — birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, honeymoons. We can arrange flowers, champagne, hampers, in-cottage spa treatments, private dining and more. Mention your occasion in your enquiry or call ahead.

Is the resort accessible?

Selected cottages and Arvor Suites are step-free with accessible bathrooms. The W Club Spa, The Weir Restaurant and reception are all step-free. Please mention any specific access needs when booking and we'll match you to the right property. See our accessibility statement.
