The W Club is Whalesborough's members' health and leisure club — a Technogym fitness suite, two heated swimming pools, a Swedish sauna and an aroma steam room, set within more than 400 acres of North Cornwall countryside, minutes from the coast.
Choose a Gym Membership for full use of the fitness suite, or a Full Membership that opens up the pool and gym facilities together. Full members also receive a free induction, 15% off spa treatments, one complimentary personal training session and free parking.
Membership is a rolling monthly agreement and is currently by waiting list. A one-off £25 non-refundable admin fee applies on joining. To join the waiting list or enquire, call our reception team.

Indoor Pool
A heated indoor pool held at a constant 29–30°C — warm enough to unwind, comfortable enough to swim lengths in.
Outdoor Pool
A 17m × 8m seasonal outdoor pool, open through the summer with a southerly sun-trap aspect.
Swedish Sauna
A traditional Swedish sauna — deep, dry heat to ease tired muscles and melt the day away.
Aroma Steam Room
An aroma steam room scented with botanicals — a deeply immersive, restorative way to finish a session.
Technogym Fitness Suite
An air-conditioned fitness suite with a full line of biomechanically precise Technogym machines and a free-weights area.
Full members also enjoy a free gym induction, 15% off spa treatments, one free personal training session and free parking.

How much is W Club membership at Whalesborough?
Gym Membership at The W Club is £47 per month. Full Membership — covering the pool and gym facilities — is £77 per month for a single member and £132 per month for a couple. A one-off £25 non-refundable admin fee is payable on signing up.
What is included in W Club membership?
Gym Membership includes full use of the Technogym fitness suite. Full Membership includes the indoor pool (29–30°C), seasonal outdoor pool (17m × 8m), Swedish sauna, aroma steam room, Technogym fitness suite — plus a free gym induction, 15% off spa treatments, one free personal training session and free parking.
Is there a joining fee for W Club membership?
Yes. New members paying monthly are required to pay a one-off £25 non-refundable admin fee when signing up. A £25 admin fee also applies to any change made to your membership.
What are the W Club opening hours?
All facilities are open Monday to Friday 7am–8pm and Saturday to Sunday 8am–7pm. The gym is available to members from 7am to 9pm, seven days a week.
Can I freeze or cancel my W Club membership?
Membership is a rolling monthly agreement with a minimum period of one calendar month. You can cancel by giving one calendar month's written notice. Any change to your membership incurs a £25 admin fee and takes effect from the 1st of the following month. Please see our Membership Terms & Conditions for full details.
