Our Dog Policy

Maximum 2 dogs per cottage

We can accommodate up to 2 dogs per booking. If you're planning to bring more, please call us in advance on 01288 361940 so we can discuss options.

Dogs must be kept on leads in shared resort areas

On the estate walkways, car parks, and near the spa, restaurant, and pool building, please keep dogs on a lead. In your private garden and on the open estate walking trails, they can run free.

Dogs are not permitted in the spa, pool, or restaurant

For health and safety reasons, dogs cannot enter The W Club Spa, the indoor or outdoor pool areas, or The Weir Restaurant. We ask that you do not leave dogs unattended outside these buildings.

Please clean up after your dog on the estate

Biodegradable bags are included in your welcome pack and are also available at the reception. Dog waste bins are located throughout the estate.

Please do not leave dogs alone in the cottage for extended periods

We understand that brief absences are unavoidable, but dogs should not be left alone for long periods. If you need to pop out without your dog, our team may be able to help — just ask.

Any damage caused by dogs is the guest's responsibility

We love dogs, and our cottages are set up for them — but in the event of any damage beyond normal wear and tear, guests will be asked to cover the repair costs.

Please use the dog wash station before re-entering the cottage

After beach walks or muddy estate trails, please make use of the on-site dog wash station. It's there for everyone's benefit — and it's free to use.
