The Property
Few places in England combine genuine medieval architecture with the kind of unapologetic luxury that makes a holiday feel like an occasion. The Farmhouse manages both. The flagstone floors downstairs are original. The inglenook fireplace has warmed people through Cornish winters for seven centuries. The snooker table is full-size.
The boot room — rare even in luxury cottages — signals that this is a working estate as much as a holiday destination. Outside, the hot tub sits in a private enclosed garden with hillside views across the Whalesborough estate. On clear evenings, the horizon stretches toward the Atlantic.
Inside, the family entertainment room with cinema snug and the open-plan conservatory-kitchen-dining space give a large group of eight every reason to never need to leave — while access to our pools, spa, gym, and The Weir Restaurant means everything else is a short walk away.
