A double-storey barn conversion graded Five Star Gold by Visit Britain, Woody Platt occupies part of the original Whalesborough milking parlour. The character of that history is worn with pride — exposed beams and solid oak doors thread through every room, anchoring the contemporary interior in genuine agricultural heritage.
The open-plan living and dining area is one of the best on the resort, with countryside views framing two large sofas and an armchair. French doors lead directly to the west-facing enclosed garden. Both bedrooms — a master king with ensuite bathroom and a twin with ensuite shower room — reflect the same care with exposed beam ceilings and solid oak doors throughout.
